Okay, I am 13 years old, and I am in track, tennis, soccer, and skiing in winter. Even though I am athletic, I have a veeery slow metabolism. I've been working on a six pack for about two months, but all I've gotten is abs with a line down the middle. Not that great. I need to know what I can do without equipmment to get a sweet 6 pack.
