every girl in my town has a sweet sixteen pretty much no one has had a winter wonderland one yet so i plan on having that one but i need help with ideas (decorations, invitations, favors, ect) PLEASE HELP!!

u can have a snow mechine and ur dress can be a nice white with lil cristel stuff on it so it can look like ice u can also have make like snow flakes all ova ur sweet 16 place
