Combined Sweet 16 in winter?

My friend and I are doing a combined 16th birthday but we don't know what to do for it. About 50 people are attending (our classmates) but we are stuck, seeing as our birthdays are in winter. Have any clever ideas?

i think this is a bad bad idea...i will mean that guys will get alot of the same gifts and i think you guys will get jealous of the other one if maybe this close friend of both of you spends more time w/ the other etc and it will also make a fight if one parent pays more then other because her daugther wants this but the other doesn't





just have your own parties maybe one one weekend the other the next your birthday is your day no one elses





this isn't MTV no one really has big parties like that
Reply:If you two have a big budget then you can rent a hall from the non profit organization. Then hire a DJ and let all your friends come for a dance party. You and your friend can feed the 50 with Pizzas and cake from Costco. You 2 aw some 16 need to bargain with the rent as well as get a 50% off from the DJ you are going to hire. Enjoy your party but, if you 2 ask the quests to bring cash for donation for the homeless instead of gifts Then you do well. Good luck and Happy new Year to you 2 .

Reply:I think it would be awesome to rent a banquet room. Make it a dance, throw in a DJ, Maybe dance competitions..? Then Have the banquet hall serve dinner

Reply:You could always do a simple colored-theme! You could put lights around your entrance, have a two/three color thing going on, and have those same colored balloons fall over their heads or something. Or just throw the balloons into the crowd!





If you want simple, do colored and simple white christmas lights. And party, it's your sweet sixteen! Have fun!

Or do a penguin party where you have to come in something black or white.
