Me and my best friend are doing our sweet sixteen together and our parents budget is about 50 to 60 grand ( most likely lower). We are only two weeks apart(Nov22-Dec4) and we want to do it exactly in the middle date. I'm really girly and she's laid back more what do you think would work?
What do you think is a really good sweet sixteen theme to do in winter?
A mini masquerade party would be fun :)
Or a Luau would be hilarious.
