Sweet 16 ideas in winter and i want a dfferent not dance party?

I live in North Jersey and I was gonna have a bunch of my friends go skiing at mountain creek.


My birthday is Christmas (December 25).


I have already had an ice skating party when i was turning 13.


I would love to go skiing but i dont think my friends are any good at it.


I am athletic so i want like a winter sport thing.


I am probably gonna have about 10 of my closest friends.


Any ideas?

you could do a winter wonderland theme with sleigh rides and hot chocolate going through a park or "over the fields".
