Sweet 16th party ideas?(winter time)?
For me a really cool winter birthday party would involve skiing or snowboarding. Or a trip to an indoor gym with a sauna. If you have a party at home, you have to have hot drinks like cocoa and hot caramel apple cider like they make at starbucks!
