winter was SUPER DUPER UBER busy and I had like, no time to exercise rofl.
I want to get in shape for summer so how can I do that quick?
I've been riding the exercise bike in my basement, I've been lifting some weights, and I've been doing sit-ups everyday.
Not for long but yeah...
I feel like I need to do more. What and all should I eat to lose some weight and cellulite. lol
I've cut down on my sweets. I really need to take them out of my diet all
together
I gained some unwanted weight over winter...?
Just by cutting back big time on sugars/carbs you will start to see a difference (maybe not so much in weight) but in how your clothes fit (looser). I haven't been able to do much in exercise, but just watching calories and carbs(esp. sugar), I have seen a dramatic difference in how much weight I have lost by how my clothes fit...I can even get into some clothes I had previously grown out of. Try it and stick with it. As the weather has been starting to warm-up a little, I have been walking and that has just been a plus.

Keep doing sports and you will soon be back in shape.
Reply:make sure ur diet is good...keep doing wat ur dooing, but i would get outside and jog throw in some sprints those are great....hope this helps
