10 Points - My birthday is in December, but I'd gladly celebrate it in the summer or winter. I live around Buffalo NewYork; I was thinking a resturant for a few of my friends - nothing crazy because I'm not a partier. Something fancy but not super insanly expensive? Idk, maybe like 10 girls? I want it to be special, but I'm not a fabulous party maker and entertainer for all of my friends because they all aren't freinds with eachother. I'm looking for someone to research for a pretty resturant for us girls for my birthday. Any other like, tips I should do for the invitations, or dressing up, would be appriciated. :) Thaaaankyou from the very bottom of my heart :D [
