My birthday is in December. So basically the party would be in the winter. It doesn't get very cold where I live (maybe 60 degrees minimum).
Any fun ideas?

hire a limo and ride to a fancy restaurant with all ur friends.
by the way, as if 60 degrees would be the minimum. You'd get cyclones or tornadoes basically everyday. It would be like natural disaster alley.
