I'm wondering, is pilates making my thighs more beastly?! I do pilates (30 min) and nordic track everyday in the winter... I live in the Northeast and can't really run or walk outside in the cold months. I know people gain weight in the winter, but this is making me crazy. I want to get rid of the chub rub and lovehandles stat! I'm really good about my diet, I'm vegan, gluten free... I eat lite tofu, brown rice cereal, fruit (grapefruit, peach, plum, nectarine, cherries, strawberries, starfruit, apples only), and an astonishing amount of vegetables... (brocoli, a limited amount of carrots/beets, spinach, swiss chard, peppers, tomatoes, summer squash every now and then I'll have winter squash or sweet potato or eggplant) vegan soy cheese or soy patties every now and then, and brown rice protein powder. I don't use sugar or artificial sweeteners. I use stevia, and yet STILL my THIGHS.
Trimming my thighs?
i think if you try some cardio kickboxing, that would help, i knoe it's hard to go out there try to burn calories and it's freezing,
that's what i do during winter, cardio, mountain climbers, squats, lunges, and donkey kicks.......to shape your thighs.
gkeep up with the good diet and determination and you'll be fine
good luck!
Reply:i have that same problem. im just like you as well with my eating habits 2 (u sound better than it at me), but i do squats and jogs and walks and verything imaginable and i still have chubby legs. i talked to my dad about it and he said it runs in my family so that might be the case with u 2. as for the pilates, i would think that once you do them for a while they will start toning down. good luck
Reply:I would recomend that you go to you tube and look up ntural wieght loss programs because there is a great program on there. Just GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
