ok i am having a sweet 16 pool party in April and over winter break i got a lil belly not a big belly just a small pooch and i was wandering how one would lose it quick

You could have this really expensive spa treatment done where they get rid of your water weight and you lose inches from your body just by having this steam thing done to you. Celebrities like Victoria Beckham do it all the time. It isn't long lasting, but you could have it done just for your birthday.
Reply:you can loose this quick by running about 20min every other day and bam your pooch will be long gone. I had my sweet 16 just this past week and i had a little pooch and i ran everyother day ate right and ate about 3 servings of friut/ veggies evryday.
Reply:Hmm..well every few days just excersize. And even walking a mile everyday might work. Thats what I did and I lost the belly I had too. And if a mile seems like alot to you, grab an ipod or something to keep you entertained.

Reply:That might not be possible with not much time. I suggest eating only healthy foods and working out regularly. Maybe going to the gym or jogging every morning may help. Do not starve yourself because that doesnt wrk. Eat foods with calories you will burn. Stored calories turns into fat. GOOD LUCK!

Reply:crunches....lot's of crunches. I'd do them every night, building more and more as you go. Like start with 50, then 75, 100, until you get to like 500.
Reply:The best way to lose it would be to exercise. Cardio and maybe ab exercises. Avoid bad carbs. Also, the day before the party don't eat salty foods or drink a lot of water (water weight gain). Water is good for you but if you drink a lot of it around the time of party it might make you look bloated. I'm sure your pooch is fine and I would try to focus on fun things you can do at your party instead of worrying about how you look. :)

Reply:Do crunches AND sit-ups, and go running. If you can, do leg lifts to work your lower core as well.
Anything that works your balance is great. Snowboarding, skateboarding, longboarding, stuff like that.

Reply:what i do to loose weight bc i had a lil belly too i just worked out everyday by walking and like 50 sit ups and ate healthy.. like 2 to 3 meals a day and dont snack.. drink lots of water
Reply:First, go on a diet, then do to the gym every now and then... If you ever are really hungry or you want to eat sweets (and you like pickles) then have a pickel. I know it sounds weird but they have low calories and are good for you. But dont eat to many.........Hope this helps.
PS- remember to brush your teeth or chew some gum after eating pickles because pickle breath isnt nice! =)
Reply:Cardio. jogging, or exercise bike. Do activities that raise your heart rate. You will lose that little you need to lose quickly.
Reply:Don't eat after 7PM, keep trying on the swimsuit you'll be wearing. This can be very motivational...
Whenever you're tempted to eat junk food or have a second helping...remember the party...
Also, focus on whole foods. Avoid all junk foods, and sodas in particular. Drink a lot of water, and do some sort of exercise, like walking or stair stepping, weight lifting, pushups, pullups, etc
I would do a two day juice fast to get started quickly.
Or a one day water fast, both will shrink your stomach and jumpstart your diet.
Reply:Cruches, situps, go for a jog every second day... Eat healthier, not only will you look good but your skin, nails + hair will glow for your party!!

always think porpotion and have little snacks (LITTLE NOT BIG)
eat protain like salmon,fish,tuna,eggs,beans,nuts,peanut butter
DONT EAT DAIRY FOR LIKE 2 WEEKS
ONLY EAT YOGURT
eat fruit (LOTS OF FRUIT)
eat vegitable (LOTS AND LOTS)
and last eat HEALTHY CARBS like whole wheat bread,potatoes
excersize daily
this is how you get nice abs
trust me
you just have to commit by eating right(use my tips) and excersizing( jogging ,going to the gym, walk your pets, sit ups,dance,ect.)
just dont stress out and have fun on your birthday!
