Exercising over holidays?

the holidays are quickly approaching and i really don't want to gain 20lbs!! after halloween i ate so much of my sisters candy and i felt so fat. i am 123 lbs 5ft6in. i really like chocolate so i am not giving up sweets. i am starting winter track monday. any ideas for excercises i can do in my house with limited resources?? i am going overseas for christmas so i cant really bring any equipment. also nutrition tips??? thank you so much!

Well, if you would like to keep your current weight, or not gain any, then you might have to give up chocolate, sugars, and sweets. Everyonce and a while its fine, but everyday isnt going to help you out.
