Okay, so does anyone happen to have any ideas on losing weight. I've tried all winter to cut back on sweets and stuff, but it just still isn't working out for me. So if anyone knows anything, or has tried something before and it worked PLEASE TELL ME!!
Advice..............?
My husband and I took medium- fast paced walks for 20-30 minutes almost every night and we both lost a lot of weight (and felt better too!) The best part is, we didn't have to change much about our diet, just trying to drink more water and not eating before bed. You don't even have to wear exercise clothes either, just pick a nice part of town and walk in a big circle. It'll become something you look forward to. Hope this helps!
Reply:Well sweets alone aren't going to cut it, you have to exercise, get active. Now getting active isn't busting your butt for hours a day. You can just do more walking or taking stairs instead of the elevator.
Sugar is in everything these days. Soda, juice and bread. Educate yourself about food. Go online and learn about what your body needs to survive on a daily basis. Once you know you can make the right choices and not be on a "diet". That word is evil. Eating right and getting to your proper wieght is a way of life not a diet.

Reply:Cutting on sweets isn't enough. You need to exercise as well. Circulation of the blood is what keeps us staying young.
Reply:my advise to you honey is to take epson salt so you can take all the bad things out of your stomach you know fat thingy probably your not loosing weight because your sdystem is dirty plus you need

It's a lot of fun. It tones your core, and if you add some cardio while talking pilates classes, you'll loose weight. Also, eat healthy.
